WE WOULD NOT ADVISE MAKING HOLES IN ANY WALL IF NOISE IS A PROBLEM ON THE OUTSIDE.  BUT IF VENTILATION IS ESSENTIAL THEN OUR ACOUSTIC VENTS WILL REDUCE THE NOISE PENETRATION A LOT MORE THAN NORMAL VENTS.
